    My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? so far from the words of my groaning?

    O my God, I cry out by day, but you do not answer, by night, and am not silent.

    Yet you are enthroned as the Holy One; you are the praise of Israel.

    ¿ì¸® Á¶»óµéÀÌ ÁÖ²² ÀÇ·ÚÇÏ°í ÀÇ·ÚÇÏ¿´À¸¹Ç·Î ±×µéÀ» °ÇÁö¼Ì³ªÀÌ´Ù

    In you our fathers put their trust; they trusted and you delivered them.

    ±×µéÀÌ ÁÖ²² ºÎ¸£Â¢¾î ±¸¿øÀ» ¾ò°í ÁÖ²² ÀÇ·ÚÇÏ¿© ¼öÄ¡¸¦ ´çÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ¿´³ªÀÌ´Ù

    They cried to you and were saved; in you they trusted and were not disappointed.

    But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by men and despised by the people.

    ³ª¸¦ º¸´Â ÀÚ´Â ´Ù ³ª¸¦ ºñ¿ôÀ¸¸ç ÀÔ¼úÀ» ºñÂ߰Ÿ®°í ¸Ó¸®¸¦ Èçµé¸ç ¸»ÇϵÇ

    All who see me mock me; they hurl insults, shaking their heads:

    ±×°¡ ¿©È£¿Í²² ÀÇŹÇÏ´Ï ±¸¿øÇÏ½Ç °É, ±×¸¦ ±â»µÇÏ½Ã´Ï °ÇÁö½Ç °É ÇϳªÀÌ´Ù

    'He trusts in the LORD; let the LORD rescue him. Let him deliver him, since he delights in him.'

    ¿ÀÁ÷ ÁÖ²²¼­ ³ª¸¦ ¸ðÅ¿¡¼­ ³ª¿À°Ô ÇÏ½Ã°í ³» ¾î¸Ó´ÏÀÇ Á¥À» ¸ÔÀ» ¶§¿¡ ÀÇÁöÇÏ°Ô Çϼ̳ªÀÌ´Ù

    Yet you brought me out of the womb; you made me trust in you even at my mother's breast.

    ³»°¡ ³¯ ¶§ºÎÅÍ ÁÖ²² ¸Ã±ä ¹Ù µÇ¾ú°í ¸ðÅ¿¡¼­ ³ª¿Ã ¶§ºÎÅÍ ÁÖ´Â ³ªÀÇ Çϳª´ÔÀÌ µÇ¼Ì³ªÀÌ´Ù

    From birth I was cast upon you; from my mother's womb you have been my God.

    ³ª¸¦ ¸Ö¸® ÇÏÁö ¸¶¿É¼Ò¼­ ȯ³­ÀÌ °¡±î¿ì³ª µµ¿ï ÀÚ ¾ø³ªÀÌ´Ù

    Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help.

    ¸¹Àº Ȳ¼Ò°¡ ³ª¸¦ ¿¡¿ö½Î¸ç ¹Ù»êÀÇ Èû¼¾ ¼ÒµéÀÌ ³ª¸¦ µÑ·¯½ÕÀ¸¸ç

    Many bulls surround me; strong bulls of Bashan encircle me.

    ³»°Ô ±× ÀÔÀ» ¹ú¸²ÀÌ ÂõÀ¸¸ç ºÎ¸£Â¢´Â »çÀÚ °°À¸´ÏÀÌ´Ù

    Roaring lions tearing their prey open their mouths wide against me.

    ³ª´Â ¹° °°ÀÌ ½ñ¾ÆÁ³À¸¸ç ³» ¸ðµç »À´Â ¾î±×·¯Á³À¸¸ç ³» ¸¶À½Àº ¹Ð¶ø °°¾Æ¼­ ³» ¼Ó¿¡¼­ ³ì¾ÒÀ¸¸ç

    I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint. My heart has turned to wax; it has melted away within me.

    ³» ÈûÀÌ ¸»¶ó Áú±×¸© Á¶°¢ °°°í ³» Çô°¡ ÀÔõÀå¿¡ ºÙ¾ú³ªÀÌ´Ù ÁÖ²²¼­ ¶Ç ³ª¸¦ Á×À½ÀÇ ÁøÅä ¼Ó¿¡ µÎ¼Ì³ªÀÌ´Ù

    My strength is dried up like a potsherd, and my tongue sticks to the roof of my mouth; you lay me in the dust of death.

    °³µéÀÌ ³ª¸¦ ¿¡¿ö½ÕÀ¸¸ç ¾ÇÇÑ ¹«¸®°¡ ³ª¸¦ µÑ·¯ ³» ¼öÁ·À» Âñ·¶³ªÀÌ´Ù

    Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me, they have pierced my hands and my feet.

    ³»°¡ ³» ¸ðµç »À¸¦ ¼¿ ¼ö ÀÖ³ªÀÌ´Ù ±×µéÀÌ ³ª¸¦ ÁÖ¸ñÇÏ¿© º¸°í

    I can count all my bones; people stare and gloat over me.

    ³» °Ñ¿ÊÀ» ³ª´©¸ç ¼Ó¿ÊÀ» Á¦ºñ »Ì³ªÀÌ´Ù

    They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing.

  19. 19

    ¿©È£¿Í¿© ¸Ö¸® ÇÏÁö ¸¶¿É¼Ò¼­ ³ªÀÇ ÈûÀ̽ÿ© ¼ÓÈ÷ ³ª¸¦ µµ¿ì¼Ò¼­

    But you, O LORD, be not far off; O my Strength, come quickly to help me.

  20. 20

    ³» »ý¸íÀ» Ä®¿¡¼­ °ÇÁö½Ã¸ç ³» À¯ÀÏÇÑ °ÍÀ» °³ÀÇ ¼¼·Â¿¡¼­ ±¸ÇϼҼ­

    Deliver my life from the sword, my precious life from the power of the dogs.

    ³ª¸¦ »çÀÚÀÇ ÀÔ¿¡¼­ ±¸ÇϼҼ­ ÁÖ²²¼­ ³»°Ô ÀÀ´äÇÏ½Ã°í µé¼ÒÀÇ »Ô¿¡¼­ ±¸¿øÇϼ̳ªÀÌ´Ù

    Rescue me from the mouth of the lions; save me from the horns of the wild oxen.

    ³»°¡ ÁÖÀÇ À̸§À» ÇüÁ¦¿¡°Ô ¼±Æ÷ÇÏ°í ȸÁß °¡¿îµ¥¿¡¼­ ÁÖ¸¦ Âù¼ÛÇϸ®ÀÌ´Ù

    I will declare your name to my brothers; in the congregation I will praise you.

    ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ µÎ·Á¿öÇÏ´Â ³ÊÈñ¿© ±×¸¦ Âù¼ÛÇÒÁö¾î´Ù ¾ß°öÀÇ ¸ðµç ÀÚ¼ÕÀÌ¿© ±×¿¡°Ô ¿µ±¤À» µ¹¸±Áö¾î´Ù ³ÊÈñ À̽º¶ó¿¤ ¸ðµç ÀÚ¼ÕÀÌ¿© ±×¸¦ °æ¿ÜÇÒÁö¾î´Ù

    You who fear the LORD, praise him! All you descendants of Jacob, honor him! Revere him, all you descendants of Israel!

    ±×´Â °ï°íÇÑ ÀÚÀÇ °ï°í¸¦ ¸ê½ÃÇϰųª ½È¾îÇÏÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ½Ã¸ç ±×ÀÇ ¾ó±¼À» ±×¿¡°Ô¼­ ¼û±âÁö ¾Æ´ÏÇÏ½Ã°í ±×°¡ ¿ïºÎ¢À» ¶§¿¡ µéÀ¸¼Ìµµ´Ù

    For he has not despised or disdained the suffering of the afflicted one; he has not hidden his face from him but has listened to his cry for help.

    Å« ȸÁß °¡¿îµ¥¿¡¼­ ³ªÀÇ Âù¼ÛÀº ÁÖ²²·ÎºÎÅÍ ¿Â °ÍÀÌ´Ï ÁÖ¸¦ °æ¿ÜÇÏ´Â ÀÚ ¾Õ¿¡¼­ ³ªÀÇ ¼­¿øÀ» °±À¸¸®ÀÌ´Ù

    From you comes the theme of my praise in the great assembly; before those who fear you will I fulfill my vows.

  26. 26

    °â¼ÕÇÑ ÀÚ´Â ¸Ô°í ¹èºÎ¸¦ °ÍÀÌ¸ç ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ ã´Â ÀÚ´Â ±×¸¦ Âù¼ÛÇÒ °ÍÀ̶ó ³ÊÈñ ¸¶À½Àº ¿µ¿øÈ÷ »ìÁö¾î´Ù

    The poor will eat and be satisfied; they who seek the LORD will praise him-may your hearts live forever!

  27. 27

    ¶¥ÀÇ ¸ðµç ³¡ÀÌ ¿©È£¿Í¸¦ ±â¾ïÇÏ°í µ¹¾Æ¿À¸ç ¸ðµç ³ª¶óÀÇ ¸ðµç Á·¼ÓÀÌ ÁÖÀÇ ¾Õ¿¡ ¿¹¹èÇϸ®´Ï

    All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, and all the families of the nations will bow down before him,

  28. 28

    ³ª¶ó´Â ¿©È£¿ÍÀÇ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ¿©È£¿Í´Â ¸ðµç ³ª¶óÀÇ ÁÖÀç½ÉÀ̷δÙ

    for dominion belongs to the LORD and he rules over the nations.

  29. 29

    ¼¼»óÀÇ ¸ðµç dz¼ºÇÑ ÀÚ°¡ ¸Ô°í °æ¹èÇÒ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ÁøÅä ¼ÓÀ¸·Î ³»·Á°¡´Â ÀÚ °ð Àڱ⠿µÈ¥À» »ì¸®Áö ¸øÇÒ ÀÚµµ ´Ù ±× ¾Õ¿¡ ÀýÇϸ®·Î´Ù

    All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before him-those who cannot keep themselves alive.

  30. 30

    ÈļÕÀÌ ±×¸¦ ¼¶±æ °ÍÀÌ¿ä ´ë´ë¿¡ ÁÖ¸¦ ÀüÇÒ °ÍÀ̸ç

    Posterity will serve him; future generations will be told about the Lord.

  31. 31

    ¿Í¼­ ±×ÀÇ °øÀǸ¦ ž ¹é¼º¿¡°Ô ÀüÇÔÀÌ¿© ÁÖ²²¼­ À̸¦ ÇàÇϼ̴٠ÇÒ °ÍÀ̷δÙ

    They will proclaim his righteousness to a people yet unborn-for he has done it.

    1. 45

      Á¦À°½Ã·ÎºÎÅÍ ¿Â ¶¥¿¡ ¾îµÒÀÌ ÀÓÇÏ¿© Á¦±¸½Ã±îÁö °è¼ÓµÇ´õ´Ï

      From the sixth hour until the ninth hour darkness came over all the land.

      Á¦±¸½ÃÂë¿¡ ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ Å©°Ô ¼Ò¸® Áú·¯ À̸£½ÃµÇ ¿¤¸® ¿¤¸® ¶ó¸¶ »ç¹Ú´Ù´Ï ÇÏ½Ã´Ï ÀÌ´Â °ð ³ªÀÇ Çϳª´Ô, ³ªÀÇ Çϳª´Ô, ¾îÂîÇÏ¿© ³ª¸¦ ¹ö¸®¼Ì³ªÀ̱î ÇÏ´Â ¶æÀ̶ó

      About the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, 'Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?'-which means, 'My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?'

      °Å±â ¼¹´ø ÀÚ Áß ¾î¶² À̵éÀÌ µè°í À̸£µÇ ÀÌ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¿¤¸®¾ß¸¦ ºÎ¸¥´Ù ÇÏ°í

      When some of those standing there heard this, they said, "He's calling Elijah."

      ±× ÁßÀÇ ÇÑ »ç¶÷ÀÌ °ð ´Þ·Á°¡¼­ ÇظéÀ» °¡Á®´Ù°¡ ½Å Æ÷µµÁÖ¿¡ Àû½Ã¾î °¥´ë¿¡ ²ç¾î ¸¶½Ã°Ô ÇÏ°Å´Ã

      Immediately one of them ran and got a sponge. He filled it with wine vinegar, put it on a stick, and offered it to Jesus to drink.

      ±× ³²Àº »ç¶÷µéÀÌ À̸£µÇ °¡¸¸ µÎ¶ó ¿¤¸®¾ß°¡ ¿Í¼­ ±×¸¦ ±¸¿øÇϳª º¸ÀÚ ÇÏ´õ¶ó

      The rest said, "Now leave him alone. Let's see if Elijah comes to save him."

    6. 50

      ¿¹¼ö²²¼­ ´Ù½Ã Å©°Ô ¼Ò¸® Áö¸£½Ã°í ¿µÈ¥ÀÌ ¶°³ª½Ã´Ï¶ó

      And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.
